Order shows as pending




Due to a high amount of attempted fraud our system is set up to do an automated fraud check through 2checkout before activating an order. It takes aproximately 5-10 minutes for 2checkouts fraud check to be completed.

One your payment has passed the fraud check you will get an e-mail with your user interface log in. If you do not receive this e-mail and your product still shows as pending after more than 15 minutes please submit a ticket.
