Paying Invoices

If you have setup a recurring subscription when you first signed up with us please DO NOT manually pay any invoices, unless you have recently upgraded your account. If you did upgrade your package your recurring subscription will have been cancelled and you will have to pay the invoice manually.

If you are unsure whether you have a subscription please send us a ticket first. If you have a subscription and pay the invoice manually you will be billed twice as the subscription would still bill.
